Job Purpose
They are Virtual RMs who manage a mapped book of Preferred customers. These customers maintain a monthly average balance of more than 2 Lakhs and have an FD of 15 Lakhs with the Bank. They are good quality Phone Bankers with an avg exp of 6 – 8 Years. They are well paid resources. There are some 500 VRMs in the bank who manage 10 Lakh customers. All RMs have a dedicated land line number on which the customers can call back as well. They have a Relationship with the customer which they leverage to cross sell Third Party Products
