Management Advisor
Job Summary The Management Advisor leads the design, approval, and continuous improvement of academic and workforce development programs within a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore. This role ensures full compliance with SSG/TPG regulations and EduTrust certification standards. Reporting directly to the managing director, the management advisor integrates program strategy and quality assurance with regulatory governance to drive sustainable institutional growth and minimize audit risks. Key Responsibilities
Programme Management Lead end-to-end course design, review, validation, and SSG/TPG approval processes via TPGateway.
Align curricula with SkillsFuture frameworks, industry needs, and GES performance benchmarks.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and digital innovation tools.
