Principal Analyst, IT (Business Analysis)

Summary As a Senior Business Analyst, you will identify and scope business, and priorities through rigorous information gathering and analysis as well as clarification of the solutions, initiatives, and programmes to enable effective delivery. This also involves the development of a compelling defensible business case and the articulation of the potential impact of the solution to the business. Responsibilities Job Description Agile Product Development Collaborate with product owners to create and maintain the product backlog using Agile practices. Develop user stories, define business-driven acceptance criteria, and support multi-disciplinary teams in delivering results. Conduct ARC's (Architecture Review Committee) for design, cost, and IT security approval. Facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, and Daily Stand-ups.
