Position Overview
Apollo is seeking a highly accomplished, proactive, and commercially minded Principal to join its Credit team in Asia Pacific. This individual will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing bespoke credit solutions across the corporate and asset‑backed finance markets.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead the structuring of complex transactions including direct lending, asset‑backed finance, and specialty lending; develop tailored financing solutions across the whole corporate capital structure (senior secured, senior unsecured, subordinated, structured equity) and specialty lending platforms; collaborate with origination platforms globally across private equity, hybrid value, infrastructure, aviation, equipment, trade finance, and other sectors.
