Job Description
Interior Fit-Out & Renovation Planning
- Assess existing premises and develop renovation and fit-out strategies.
- Reconfigure internal spaces into functional office areas and accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Design Development & Visualization
- Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and layout designs .
- Provide 2D, 3D, and CAD-based designs with multiple iterations.
- Develop and submit final design in 3D video walkthrough format and PDF presentation .
- Submit all deliverables in PDF and editable source files .
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and execution ready.
