Position: Principal, Art Director
DEPT® is a Growth Invention company focused on technology and marketing. In this role you will lead creative strategy, design, and production for high-visibility accounts while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
Location: Buenos Aires (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) – Hybrid; work in EST hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact digital creative across social and video, with emphasis on visual storytelling and performance.
- Act as a direct supervisor and mentor to junior and mid-level Art Directors and Designers, providing clear, constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.
- Support video and content production: help with pre‑production planning, on‑set shoots, and post‑production collaboration with editors and designers.
