Role Description
Principal BIM Modeller - Plant (Electrical Substations UK) for our UK projects based in Global Excellence Centres in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Noida.
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM strategy and oversee all BIM work on select projects, including support at originator level as required, and be responsible for BIM quality on all projects.
- Develop and supervise processes related to the implementation of BIM for project controls.
- Drive automation processes and coordinate processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D, and 5D, model development and integration).
- Coordinate review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D).
- Assist project teams by providing and formatting information from virtual models throughout the lifecycle of the project, including utilization of models and visualizations for presentations.
