Senior Structural Engineer – Principal Bridges & Structures Engineer
Based in Croydon, you will be part of a high‑performing team delivering bridge engineering schemes across the UK and overseas. You will have the flexibility of agile working between the office and home.
Job Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in the implementation of health & safety and wellbeing best practice into the delivery of all works.
- Act as a technical lead for the delivery projects. Lead, line‑manage and develop a delivery‑focused team of engineers and technicians.
- Act as Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE) to trainees working toward chartership and support graduates within the team.
- Secure and deliver works to new and existing clients.
- Project‑management of schemes including client reporting, programming, resource planning and commercial management.
