Takeda’s Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Mexico City invites a Principal Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities on the CAPTIVATE Planisware platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to manage the full requirements lifecycle and support post‑go‑live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requests are clearly understood, scoped, and aligned with business objectives.
- Own the review of configuration issues and data model changes, assessing functional dependencies and technical complexity before governance approval.
