The Role
We are seeking a Principal Consultant to play a pivotal role in managing delivery across our infrastructure consulting portfolio in LATAM. This role requires strong analytical capability, proven project management skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams while maintaining close client relationships.
As a Principal Consultant, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for clients, representing Infrata/dss+ in the market and building long-term relationships.
- Manage and oversee delivery of cross-functional infrastructure advisory projects, ensuring high-quality outputs across technical, commercial, financial, and planning workstreams.
- Lead internal improvement initiatives related to process optimisation, knowledge management, and enhancing team capabilities to meet current and future strategic needs.
