About The Role
As a Principal Contracts Consultant, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert on contracting practices and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions (Ts&Cs). You will lead the development and application of contract templates for Westinghouse procurements, support negotiation and daily contract advisement, and ensure compliance with internal governance and contract approval processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Know, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse Codes of Business & Conduct.
- Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (T&Cs) for Westinghouse supply‑chain operations, covering multiple contract types such as Engineered Goods, General Services, Engineering Services, and Logistics.
