Principal Design Manager - Rail

• Lead the design management of complex rail infrastructure projects across all stages (feasibility, concept, detailed design, and delivery).
• Ensure compliance with relevant rail standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams across ANZ.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with transport authorities, contractors, and partners.
• Prepare high‑quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings that enable clear, timely decisions.
