The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of our largest and most complex Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) transformation programs. In this role, you will lead delivery quality and velocity for programs spanning several concurrent workstreams, orchestrating 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver transformational AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for the world's leading HCLS organizations.
Your objective will be to deliver distinctive customer business outcomes and experience. In doing so, you will lead the implementation of AWS delivery innovations with customers, including re-designing software development processes to become AI-native end-to-end (“AI-DLC”).
