In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of mechanical engineering projects to clients or internal project teams. We are looking for you if you can:
Understand client requirements and aspirations to identify and agree scopes of work. Deliver high quality work to agreed timescales and budgets. Ideally, have good knowledge of at least two of the following rolling stock areas, and the desire and ability to develop your knowledge within other areas:Bogies and suspension.Wheelsets.Bearings and transmissions.Braking systems and performance.Door systems.Couplers and gangways.Corrosion repairs and fabrication.Engines.Train maintenance and fleet management.
