The individual in this role will be responsible for providing critical design engineering support for NAND flash memory customer issues. The position demands a high level of technical expertise and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Failure Case Analysis:
- Investigate customer-reported failures from a design perspective.
- Deliver detailed root cause analysis reports to both product development teams and the customer-facing Failure Analysis team.
- Failure sources may include logic or analog modules; therefore, a strong understanding of logic and/or analog design is preferred.
Quality and Testability Improvements:
- Leverage insights from failure analysis to propose screening and stress enhancements for product development.
- Recommend DFT (Design for Testability) improvements to optimize future product testability.<...
