Job Description
Position Summary Independently develop electrical power and automation design in compliance with class rules and technical specifications, ensuring delivery within assigned project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, review, and integration of marine electrical power systems, automation systems, and navigation/communication systems for assigned projects.
Perform and review technical studies including short‑circuit analysis, harmonic analysis, discrimination studies, protection coordination, and FMEA.
Develop and review key engineering deliverables such as: Single line diagrams (SLDs)
Control system topologies
Load analysis and load‑balancing reports
Voltage drop calculations
Lux (illumination) calculations
Technical specifications for equipment procurement aligned with project requirements and classification society rules
Prepare detailed design documentation including schematics, layout drawings, cable routing plans, and termination drawings....
