In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Serve as the technical authority for complex customer requirements and solution design.
- Lead resolution of Tier 3 and above technical issues, including critical escalations and quality concerns.
- Partner with sales and proposals teams to define winning technical strategies for project pursuits.
- Build strong customer relationships and position Emerson technologies as the preferred choice.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials aligned with global standards.
- Coach and develop technical specialists to elevate team capabilities.
