Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for major national projects in drainage, stormwater management, flood resilience, infrastructure planning, and coastal protection.
- Lead and supervise a team of senior and junior engineers, ensuring high-quality technical output and capability development.
- Develop robust solutions across hydrology, hydraulics, drainage modelling, climate resilience strategies, erosion control, and nature-based approaches.
- Oversee engineering workstreams, modelling reviews, technical reports, and design development.
- Work closely with government agencies such as PUB, URA, NParks, JTC, LTA, NEA, SDC and others, ensuring compliance with local processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with international consultants, research partners, and specialist sub-consultants.
- Present technical content and lead discussions with clients and stakeholder groups. <...
