Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as IFX quality ambassador.
- Influence subcon's quality culture and mindset with IFX's culture and mindset.
- Train subcon with IFX quality management practice and deploy the implementation.
- Integrate resources internally and externally to enable subcon's quality management process, establish the process capability in developing and manufacturing automotive grade product.
- Closely work with development and engineering team to develop automotive grade product through APQP process.
- Participate project milestone assessment review and release.
- Participate production readiness assessment identify weakness and drive improvement.
- Support development 8D.
- Maintain the production of automotive grade product through all production control processes such as IQC, IPQC, OQC, reliability assessment etc.
