We’re looking for a Principal, AI Change & Enablement to drive hands-on adoption of enterprise AI tools by embedding them into real workflows across the organization. In this role, you’ll focus on execution designing learning experiences, activating communities, and partnering with business teams to ensure AI tools are not just launched, but used meaningfully in daily work. Reporting to the Director of AI Business Transformation within the AI Center of Excellence, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor with enterprise reach, translating change plans into action and using adoption insights to continuously improve outcomes.
