Job Summary
We are looking for a Principal Hardware Engineer with deep expertise in Power Electronics who will lead technical design from concept through production, mentor teams, and interface with customers and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the technical focal point for complex electronic systems across early concept, detailed design, verification, and production integration.
- Lead the design and development of power electronic systems, including systems engineering approach and integration planning.
- Provide safety and quality leadership, embracing internal and external processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Analyze technical problems using SPICE‑based and Simulink simulation tools and make sound engineering decisions.
