Job Description
We're hiring a Principal Consultant - ICT to help lead and grow ESSURA's ICT practice across the UK and MENA.
This is a senior, hands‑on role with real scope to shape how we work. You'll lead ICT design from concept through to commissioning, and play a key part on the commercial side too - scoping and pricing engagements, helping keep projects on budget, supporting client relationships, and turning client RfPs into strong, winning proposals.
It's a fit if you bring:
- 8+ years in client‑facing ICT consultancy, with major GCC building projects behind you
- Expert‑level knowledge across structured cabling, wired/wireless networks, AV and BMS/IoT
- A solid commercial head – comfortable scoping, pricing and managing work to budget
- Experience contributing to business development activities, building client relationships, and helping shape and win bids
