Responsibilities
- Owns & manages business initiative, product roadmap and end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure all projects are executed and delivered as expected within timelines and budget.
- Guide strategically and manage teams/resources across the service line.
- Represent technology in business discussion and vendor engagements.
- Expert knowledge of commercial banking (functional and technical).
- Solid experience and background in development, design, cloud and technology overall.
- Hire, empower, support, guide, coach the service line teams to work effectively.
- Track and ensure organization and technology KPIs are met.
- Capex / OpenX budget management experience.
