What the role is:
This job holder will implement the Ministry’s relocations and retrofitting projects, to ensure the development projects are administered and executed to the satisfaction of stakeholders and project deliverables are achieved within stipulated desired outcomes such as completed within stipulated timelines, budgets and in compliance to the relevant statutory requirement and governance, etc.
What you will be working on:- Understand the facilities management requirements of a government office building
- Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders to establish the workflow to gather users’ requirements
- Manage procurement of professional services such as consultants, contractors, etc in accordance to stipulated guidelines and SOP
- Ensure compliance to systems and controls setup for managing variation orders, seeking approval, budget utilisation and progress updates
