Job Description
You will play a key role in the Strategic Planning Division as an individual contributor and/or team lead, supporting the development of SWDA’s strategic direction, policy work and organisational development efforts. This includes working across SWDA and with external stakeholders such as MOM and Whole-of-Government partners to shape strategies, review policies, monitor emerging trends, and strengthen organisational alignment and effectiveness. Your responsibilities may include the following:
- Drive and support strategic planning work to shape SWDA’s long-term direction and priorities Develop and coordinate strategies to inform policy, programmes and initiatives across SWDA Work with SWDA divisions to translate strategic priorities into coordinated plans and actionable initiatives Monitor and assess emerging trends and future developments, including working with the Futures Office, to strengthen SWDA’s strategic planning Work on strategic communications issues a...
