Responsibilities
- Managing complex planning applications
- Drafting Planning Statements and appeal documents
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Promoting sites through emerging Local Plans
About You
- MRTPI (or extremely close to completion)
- Experience with infrastructure, energy or large-scale sites
- Commercial and solution-oriented mindset
