Job Description
The Role
- You will own design across the company, with product as the primary focus and brand a close second.
- Your primary focus is end-to-end UI and UX for our desktop and conferencing applications, working in close partnership with the founders, product, and engineering on a daily basis.
- Your secondary focus is owning and steering the design system + template library that powers our marketing resources, equipping the GTM team and other internal stakeholders to produce on-brand materials independently.
- You will set the visual language for a category-defining product from scratch, with meaningful influence over how Diopter shows up in the market.
- You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to step in across the business wherever thoughtful design unlocks the next milestone.
