Key Responsibilities
Lead large and complex projects with multiple streams (functional, technical, integrations, data, change, testing) and vendor partners.Own overall commercial performance– revenue, margin, forecasting, billing and cost management – and actively drive profitability and growth.Create and oversee program and project definitions, roadmaps, schedules, budgets and success measures, ensuring alignment to business case and strategic outcomes.Shape and review Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates and work breakdown structures, working closely with sales, solution architects and Oracle practice leads.Lead scope and commercial negotiations at an executive level, including change control, variations and contract clarification.Provide thought leadership and direction for Oracle delivery approaches, methods and tools, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement across the portfoli...
