Principal Public Health Intelligence Specialist – Population Health Management (PHM)
The Principal Public Health Intelligence Specialist in Population Health Management will play a critical role in driving forward a PHM Programme within the Public Health Intelligence, Research & Evaluation Programme in the Public Health Directorate, working closely with the Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) Directorate.
This programme aims to develop a PHM system that will lead to demonstrable improved population health outcomes, maximising our total resource allocation as a Health Board and working across a wide range of stakeholders, organisations, delivery agents and partnerships, in order to benefit our communities.
