Job Description
You will oversee all aspects of daily childcare operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Centre to ensure that curriculum delivery, operational efficiency, and financial objectives are consistently achieved.
- Develop and execute the school’s strategic and operational plans.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee curriculum delivery to maintain high teaching and learning standards.
- Implement best practices to support quality preschool education.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the Centre.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the wider community.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes.
- Drive staff development, performance management, and appraisals.
