Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors (BOD), the Principal will lead the academic and non‑academic team in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities to meet the academic, operational and financial targets of the school.

Strategic Leadership of the School

  • Formulating the overall strategic direction of the school and ensure that it is aligned with the Group’s strategic goals and targets.
  • Devise the long term and short term development plan of the school to support the achievement of its overall direction and objectives.
  • Present the school development plan to the Board for its approval.
  • Execute and monitor the school’s long term and short term development plan to ensure that it is on track.
  • Evaluate the school’s development needs and revise the plan as required.
