Clustox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Test Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across our software products and platforms. This role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can drive test automation strategy, mentor QA teams, and leverage AI‑powered testing tools to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery speed.

Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the overall QA strategy, standards, and testing roadmap.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
