will: Be a practicing Catholic committed to the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church. Hold or be eligible for Alberta Leadership Certification. Hold a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate. Demonstrate successful school leadership experience. Possess a strong understanding of elementary education and student development. Demonstrate excellence in instructional leadership and school improvement. Exhibit exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Be committed to inclusive education and supporting the diverse needs of all learners. Lead with integrity, humility, faith, and a servant-leadership mindset.
