A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Principal or Associate Structural Engineer to lead a skilled team in their Leeds office.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of up to 8 engineers and technicians.
- Deliver a portfolio of high-profile projects across sectors such as healthcare, residential, leisure, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.
- Manage team performance, resources, finances, quality, and project delivery.
