Job Description

Principal System Analyst, IT

Location: Singapore. The position is based in HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Principal System Analyst, IT, you will:
  • Define and execute the global MES strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Define and lead MES architecture and end-to-end functional design for a multi-site, multi-country electronics manufacturing network, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with ISA‑95/ISA‑88 standards.
  • Architect and manage SAP–MES integration (PP, QM, WM modules) and connectivity with test systems, quality systems, WMS, and BI/Analytics platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and process synchronization.
  • Oversee MES projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, timeline management, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, pilot deployment, and full-scale implementation across multiple sites.
