Job Description

Role Overview

The Principal Systems Architect will serve as a technical expert and customer advocate for our Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) portfolio, specifically EEPROM and ReRAM-based products. This role combines hands-on technical support, product definition, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful integration and adoption of our memory solutions across automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.


System Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Own system‑level architectural positioning product solutions across automotive and industrial platforms, including: Zonal controllers and centralized compute. Power distribution (OBC, DC/DC, EPS, braking, ADAS). Front‑end protection and sensing architectures.
  • Translate customer system requirements into actionable guidance for ICD product definition, NPIs, and portfolio gaps.
