Principal Tech Team Lead (Front End) – We have been engaged by a rapidly scaling Agentic AI-driven SaaS business to hire a Principal Tech Team Lead (Front End) to help shape the next phase of its engineering growth.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this is a high-impact leadership role combining technical strategy, people leadership and hands‑on engineering within a modern product‑led environment. The company is entering a major growth phase following a very impressive Series B round, launching new products and scaling its engineering organisation significantly over the next 12–24 months.
