Purpose of the Role
To contribute to the growth & profitability of Griffith Foods Europe by playing a leading role in the advancement of our sauce & dressings technical expertise & capabilities enabling the delivery of differentiating, innovative, profitable sauce & dressings aligned to the business growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and execution of innovation, technical & value leadership key projects
- Leads capability building programs across the category and into local teams.
- Actively participates in & works with Global and Regional category teams to enable the delivery of regional category projects
- Responsible for regional knowledge management/ transfer across the category.
