Identity org will unify customer identity across Amazon, reshaping how customers and households share content and benefits. For Music, this ensures seamless access across Alexa, Prime, and AMU. We will deliver child and teen profiles that are compliant, safe, and trusted.
Subscription org will support Music's launch in new countries and expand our acquisition funnels improving payment parity and building efficient purchase flows. We will deepen our lifecycle strategy, ensuring customers find value from their first play through last mile.
