Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to start up, develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability.
- Work on process yield, cell improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management, resolving manufacturing line problems.
- Manage TD business processes such as MOR POR gaps and cost targets for respective nodes.
- Optimize manufacturing performance, ensuring alignment with Micron's business plan and strategic objectives across manufacturing sites.
- Leverage global internal and external resources to define and enable equipment, yield, and output performance to achieve world‑class manufacturing results.
- Build a strong team of engineers, collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to hire and train technicians and engineers, and partner on KPIs.
