Position Summary
Our client is a long established Leeds Printers who is now at a stage of their company’s growth where the time has come to appoint a General Manager. Candidates with a production management track record are preferred over those with a strong sales record.
Key Qualifications
- At least ten (recent) years of experience in print.
- Experience managing a business of 10–30 employees.
- Digital experience; the client is expanding into digital print.
- Production and operations management or director experience.
- P & L responsibility.
Other Requirements
Applicants must come from the print sector (not packaging, POS, labels, equipment, supplies, or paper). Positions require hands‑on management style.
