Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of print production projects, including planning, costing, and delivery.
- Translate creative briefs into technical production specifications (sizes, materials, finishes, and color references).
- Manage RFQs, compare supplier quotes, and negotiate costs and lead times to ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee production checkpoints, manage proofs/samples, and perform final quality control.
- Own project schedules and critical paths, proactively flagging and solving potential risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including POs, job folders, approvals, and delivery trackers.
- Track budgets and margins, providing regular status updates and post-mortem reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve quality and pricing through benchmarking.
