They manage daily production workflows, supervise press operators, ensure quality control, and maintain machinery to meet client specifications and tight deadlines.Core ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Plan, schedule, and prioritize print jobs to ensure all materials are completed on time.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule press operators and bindery staff, as well as handle performance evaluations.Quality Control: Review print proofs, approve initial test runs, and ensure the final output matches client specifications and brand standards.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of offset, digital, or large-format printing machines.Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and order supplies such as paper, ink, dyes, and spare parts while staying within budget.Safety & Compliance: Enforce fac...
