Job Description
Printing Operations Management
- Plan, manage, and execute daily printing production schedules as per order requirements.
- Oversee all printing activities including screen printing, pigment, reactive, discharge, plastisol, rubber, foil, and digital printing.
- Ensure optimum utilization of printing machines, manpower, and resources.
Technical & Process Control
- Supervise printing processes such as screen preparation, color matching, strike-offs, and bulk approvals.
- Ensure adherence to approved artwork, color standards, and buyer specifications.
- Troubleshoot printing defects and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines.
Quality Control
- Ensure print quality as per buyer standards and approved samples.
