- To deliver an exceptional experience for Private Wealth clients, focusing on foundational strategies for wealth creation, accumulation, and protection.
- Apply relevant Money Management principles to deepen client engagement, drive Vertical Sales Index (VSI) growth, and strengthen long‑term client retention and entrenchment.
- Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
- Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
- Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients.
