Job Description
Your Role:
- Support Bankers and senior team members in the day‑to‑day servicing of client accounts to ensure a high standard of client experience.
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, KYC documentation and periodic review processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Credit and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and collate documentation for client meetings, investment proposals, portfolio reviews and other client‑related activities.
- Monitor and follow up on client instructions, payments and administrative requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures.
- Support the team in identifying and escalating operational or compliance‑related risks where appropriate.
