Job Description

This progressive firm are currently recruiting a Solicitor at Associate/Partner level to join its busy Private Client team. You will provide comprehensive legal solutions with commercial awareness and be involved in all aspects of private client work. You can expect to advise on the following:

  • conveyancing
  • wills
  • suitable structures for family trusts including charitable trusts and the administration of same
  • Powers of Attorney
  • winding up of estates
  • co-habitation agreements
  • separation agreements
