Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious NQ – 2 PQE Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic and growing Private Client team within a well-established regional law firm.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, offering genuine technical breadth and early client exposure. Work will include:


  • Probate and estate administration (taxable and non-taxable estates)
  • Drafting and advising on Wills, from straightforward to complex matters
  • Creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance tax planning and succession advice
  • Direct client contact from an early stage, with increasing autonomy as you develop
