Private Client Solicitor - Torquay. Based in Torquay this growing Private Client team offers high quality work across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Inheritance Tax matters. They're now seeking a lawyer with strong technical ability and a genuine commitment to supporting clients through some of life's most important decisions. You'll enjoy the autonomy to develop your practice while being part of a friendly, collaborative team known for delivering exceptional client care. The work is varied and engaging, covering Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trust Administration. Alongside your caseload, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to business development and helping shape the continued growth of the department.
