Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Trusts & Tax, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate & Estate Management.
- You will support and mentor more junior members of the team.
- Business Development – supporting the continued growth of the team with proven BD skills.
Skills / Qualifications
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
- STEP membership would be an advantage.
- Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy.
